About the Teacher:
Anne Sussman is a certified Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor through the renown McLean Meditation Institute. Prior to teaching others meditation, Anne spent 20 years teaching Conflict Resolution skills to teachers, parents and students and facilitated parenting classes. Once Anne discovered the benefits of a daily meditation practice herself, she integrated her love for teaching others with this life enriching practice.
